Facilities at Camp Woodsmoke
The main shelter at Camp Woodsmoke is large enough for all the campers needs. The main shelter offers electric, Pepsi machine, picnic tables, grill space, 2 fireplaces.
Inside the main shelter, there is lots of space for all kinds of activities.
The main shelter also has roll up doors on each side of the shelter, making the shelter usable all year round.
All the cabins have electric and are heated. The windows offer a nice cross breeze in the summer time.
All the cabins are linked to the rest of the camp by concrete walkways and are handicap accessible.
The cabins all sleep 6 to 8 campers.
The shower facility is located near all 11 of the sleeping cabins.
The ampitheater is totally handicap accessible with ramps to allow all campers to enjoy it.
The ampitheater was dedicated in honor of the man who helped create Camp Woodsmoke - Norman Brennan.
The playground at Camp Woodsmoke offers something for all ages.

All sorts of things for everyone to enjoy.
Shelter 2 is located on trail #2,
just down from the main shelter & dining hall. This shelter now has a fire ring located to the south of the shelter.
Located in the central portion of the camp, the dining hall
at Camp Woodsmoke is fully heated and air conditioned.
The dining area has room enough to seat 80 campers
at a time. The dining hall & restrooms are all handicap accessible.
The modern kitchen facility is set up to feed all those hungry campers.
Nestled in the trees the chapel at Camp Woodsmoke is located right across the drive from the dining hall and main shelter.
There are 11 sleeping cabins located in Camp Woodsmoke.

The "Circle of 4" cabins is located right across the drive from the other cabins.
The "circle of 4" cabins is located on the right as you drive into camp.
The camp has 2 Adult Leaders' cabins.
The leaders cabins sleep 6 to 8 adults and have their own bathroom with shower unit.
The shelter house to the north end of camp sits quietly in a clearing, just past the ampitheater.
This shelter house has electricity, water and a near by privy.
In the clearing there is also a camp fire ring. Suitable for good ghost stories and making s'mores
Camp Woodsmoke has 4 hiking trails with one of them being handicap accessible.
Trail #1 is the longest of the 4 hiking trails, it wanders along and goes from the east end to the west end of camp, and makes 4 stream crossings.
Trail # 2 offers a mix of easy hiking, with a few hills, that are not too steep.
Trail #3 is the more difficult trail while it is shorter than trail 1.
It covers some steeper hills, and crosses one of Camp Woodsmoke's streams.
The handicap trail was built so that everyone who comes to Camp Woodsmoke can get out to enjoy the beauty that surrounds you.
This trail is connected to the rest of the camp by concrete walkways.
